Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
This is a low impact slower version of Zumba designed for those who don't want to jump. We will be dancing for the whole class but you are welcome to sit and rest if you need to. Class is $3.00 per class or you may purchase from the instructor a $35.00 punch card for 12 classes. Reservations are recommended to guarantee your spot in class.
