A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
In huge gym (at back of building) with lots of space and high ceilings. 60 minutes of Zumba followed by 30 minutes of weights, abs, legs, mat work, stretching. Wear shoes to move in, bring set of hand weights, mat and water bottle! Welcoming people; awesome music, moves and workout! No class 11/25. Classes continue throughout the year! FUN!!!
