60 minutes Zumba followed by 30 minutes of hand weights, core, legs, and relaxing stretches. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, set of 3 or 5 lb. dumbbells, and wear laced sneakers that allow for lateral movement. Fun, full-body workout, awesome music and welcoming! Spacious wood floor.
