Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
All fitness and dance levels - including beginners - are welcome! My in-person classes are following the Government COVID-safe guidelines. Under the current restrictions, the hall capacity is 66 people, therefore there is no need to book your class in advance, simple turn up. You can pay in cash or credit card on site. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Come with your favourite active-wear and tennis shoes. And don't forget to bring a towel, water and your face mask. See you on the dance floor :)
