Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
These classes are strictly for those who are 55 and up. Participants must register for the entire session and drop-ins are not allowed.
Class Fee: $4.00
This is an approximate fee per class. Classes run between 8-10 weeks and usually cost between $35-$40 for an entire session. Students must register for the entire session. No drop-ins allowed.
