At a Zumba Basic 1 training, you'll learn the foundations of leading a Zumba class — the core rhythms, the choreography, the formula that makes every class a party, and the confidence to stand at the front of the room and own it.
Our trainings are led by a Zumba Education Specialist (ZES) — an expert who lives and breathes this movement. Your ZES will guide you step by step, breaking down the four core rhythms and showing you how to create an experience that uplifts every single person in your class.
