- Hi, I am Gabriel Borozescu and I love teaching this amazing program : Zumba, Zumba kids, Zumba Toning, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Gold and Strong by Zumba classes. (Please click on the Strong by Zumba link at the top to find out more info!). Every class feels like a party and it's one hour of your day where you can leave all your worries and stresses at the door, smile, laugh, have fun, shake your booty and be stress free! BUT don't just take my word for it, come and join me and see for yourself! If you're new to Zumba, don't panic because there is no wrong or right in a Zumba class, just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy and you'll have so much fun you won't realise your burning calories! Zumba benefits not just the body but the the mind as well. With Zumba, the harder you work, the harder your muscles will, as you work up a sweat but you can also go at your own pace! Inviting friends to join you in class will increase the fun factor even more! – Why not dance, laugh and sweat together? Remember, there are no age limits/abilities to attend any classes , everybody is welcome into the Zumba family! So, come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast in my Zumba class!
