Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to exchange or return the merchandise within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For Zumbawear, please make sure items show no signs of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant, and hair. Used or washed clothing will not be accepted. The tags must be attached (if any).
If returning or exchanging, please call our customer service department in order to get your return authorization number. Along with the merchandise, make sure to include the following required information (we cannot guarantee a refund/exchange if all fields are not properly filled out).

- Date of purchase
- Date merchandise was received
- Reason for exchange or return
- Authorization code
- Date authorization code was issued

A confirmation email will be sent once we have processed your return. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive exchanged merchandise. Please allow 30 days for credits to appear on credit card statement.
