SHIPPING POLICY

• All orders received on before NOON EST will be shipped by the end of the next business day.

 

• All orders received after NOON EST will be shipped within two business days.

 

• All orders placed on U.S. holidays, weekends, or other holidays recognized by Zumba Fitness® will be shipped within two business days.

 

• In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, shipping company delays, etc.), these shipment times may be delayed.

 

• Ground shipments are delivered Tuesday-Saturday (excluding holidays).

 

• Express shipments (overnight, 2-day, or 3-day) are delivered Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). The delivery times are based on business days. (US Shipping destinations only)

 

• Express Saturday Delivery service is not offered.

 

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

• Pre-Orders will be charged upon checkout and any remaining items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order. Once the advertised pre-order shipping period begins, you will receive your order within 10 business days (for ground shipments). Shipping dates cannot be guaranteed for pre-orders. In the event of unforeseen delays outside of our control, the estimated shipping date is subject to change without notice. 

 

• Cancelling a Pre-Order: If you would like to cancel your pre-order, we will gladly refund you. Simply follow these instructions:

•You must first receive the order.
•Then use our free shipping label and return the item.
•As soon as we receive the order, we will refund the cost of your item.

 

Zumba Fitness® will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner. However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you by Zumba Fitness. If your package is refused or returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping and handling charges. Zumba Fitness does not accept product exchanges. DOMESTIC ORDERS

• Domestic ground shipping may take between 7-10 business days from the date of the order being placed, depending on the delivery location.

• Please provide your physical street address for delivery as we may not be able to deliver to a PO Box. Orders with shipping addresses to PO Boxes cannot be guaranteed for delivery and void the estimated delivery date. Exception: When ordering a DVD set only, we can be ship to a P.O. Box if ground shipping is selected. Delivery may take up to 10 business days. (Please allow additional delivery time for orders outside of the continental US.)

• FPO and APO military addresses will be shipped ground and may take longer to arrive.

• Zumba Fitness uses several different shipping carriers depending on type of shipment and geographic location.

• Proof of signature is not required for delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.

SHIPPING COSTS

The Shipping costs for Domestic ground service is a flat rate of USD$8.50 per order regardless of quantity. Certain items may include additional handling costs. These items include and are not limited to; Toning Sticks, Toning Stick Bundles, DVD sets, and banners. Any special handling costs will be reflected at checkout. Express service (1, 2, or 3 day deliver) is only available to customers residing in the United States. Zumba Fitness reserves the right to limit express shipping.
