We regret to inform you that your ZIN membership has been placed on a temporary hold, due to a credit card issue.
It might be something as simple as an expired card, but we do need to have updated information as soon as possible
so that we can reactivate your account. We know the ZIN materials and online benefits are an important key to the
success of your teaching career, so we try our hardest to minimize the “hold” time so that you will not miss any important mailings or updates.
In order to reactivate your account, please download, print and complete the Microsoft Word form found on this link.
Then fax the form to our Billing Department at (954) 665-2889 without a cover sheet.
If you do not have access to a printer or fax, please contact the ZIN Billing Department at (954) 925-3755 Ext. 208.
